C1 Rigid Truck Licence covers up to 7.5 ton.   Ambulance / paramedics driving licence.

This is the licence you need for the paramedics, small builders trucks / horse trucks and large vans.

You need to sit a Truck Theory Test before you can get your Learner licence / permit. You may not need CPC with the C1 category depending on what you are using it for, so check it out before going through the process. The theory test will  cover your first part cpc. You can then sit cpc part 2 ( Case studies) , these can be done on the same day if required. Cpc part 3 can be booked with your truck practical driving test. 

When you complete your first theory test you can get your C1 / C Rigid truck learner permit then begin your lessons and apply for your test.

You need to have passed your C1 driving test before applying for C1E  (7.5ton and trailer) learner permit. Lesson prices are in our online store they start at €80 for C1.
